I NOSTRI VIGNETI

THE COMPANY

We are always very careful about where to grow our vineyards, as the quality of the land is essential to enhance the characteristics of the various wines of our company.

For this reason, we have chosen land of various conformation, to better develop the variety of our products.

Our company has about 70 hectares of vineyards that grow between the province of Vicenza and that of Padua, beautiful soils to grow the Glera, which will then produce a fine and delicate Prosecco DOC, and other typical vines of the area, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio.

THE HECTARES THAT SURROUND THE COMPANY

At the sides of the winery there are the Glera vineyards with limestone-clay soil, typical of our region, which allow to produce elegant wines.

CÀ MOROSINI VINEYARDS _ Altavilla Vicentina

In the hillside of Colli Berici there is Cà Morosini vineyard, so named because close to the famous Villa Valmarana Morosini, a Venetian villa located in the village of Altavilla Vicentina, in the province of Vicenza. The entire complex has been used as a university study center (CUOA) since 1980.

The vineyard is characterized by a calcareous-marl soil, this term indicates that the limestone contains a certain amount of clay; the marl instead consists of limestone and clay in equal quantities. It gives the wine a good general structure, richness of alcohol and low acidity. A wine so structured is fine and with good longevity.

CÀ GHELLINA VINEYARDS _ Thiene

Close to Altopiano di Asiago stands Cà Ghellina, a seventeenth-century monumental farmhouse surrounded by greenery, where our Glera vineyards rise, consisting of an arenaceous land that gives the wines a balanced character in its alcoholic and phenolic components. This type of soil transfers to the wines a fine and persistent fragrance.

A peculiarity of these vineyards is the length of the rows, which can measure up to one kilometer.

VILLA ZILERI VINEYARDS_ Creazzo

On the slopes of Creazzo’s hills our vineyards frame the vast park of Villa Zileri Motterle. The soil is typical clay, which gives life to very balanced wines in the alcoholic and phenolic components, with fine aromas.

SANDRIGO GRAVELS_Sandrigo

At the gates of Sandrigo, northern of Vicenza, there are the vineyards called by us "gravels" because the soil is pebbly and permeable. This characteristic soil gives wines excellent quality and a high alcohol content. The wines that are developed are rich in complex olfactory sensations and intense pigmentation.

In these vineyards we grow many vines including Glera, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon and Cabernet.

MONSELICE VINEYARDS_ Colli Euganei

These vineyards grow in Euganean Hills area and have a soil of volcanic conformation, a very precious one for viticulture. The volcanic soil is in fact rich in potassium, magnesium and phosphorus.

It forms complex and long-lived wines for their common characteristics of strong sapidity combined with freshness.
