The colour is pale straw yellow with green notes. The bouquet is delicate. The taste has a fruity, fresh flavour with a pleasant acidity. Vinification process: soft pressing of the grapes, followed by a second fermentation in steel tank. Ideal with aperitifs, appetizers, fish and shellfish; to be combined with desserts and fresh salads. Ideal for all meals.
Serving at 8-10°C.
